White label in scoreio: your brand, your rules, one platform

White label в scoreio: ваш бренд, ваши правила, одна платформа

Every federation and every organizing committee has its own identity, its own way of talking to participants, and its own requirements for entries. For a long time this left you with two options: live with someone else's interface, or commission custom software and maintain it for years. We built a third option. scoreio now runs under your own brand — name, logo, language, currency and registration rules are configured separately for each organization, all on one shared platform.

How it used to be

A registration platform that "looks like someone else's" creates friction out of nowhere. A participant follows a link from their federation and sees an unfamiliar name and logo — trust drops, and support gets flooded with "is this really the official registration?" And when an organization has its own rules — a middle name required in one country and absent in another, clubs needed here, spotters needed there — you had to either bend your process to fit the platform or walk away from it.

What changed

scoreio is now multi-brand. Several independent portals live on a single codebase at the same time, and each of them is entirely yours.

Visual identity

  • Portal name and logo are applied automatically across the interface, in emails and in document exports.
  • Default language — Russian or English — is set per brand. Participants see the portal in the right language from the first screen.
  • Currency for fees is configured per region: rubles, tenge, euros and others.

Rules tailored to your federation

Most importantly, platform behavior is configurable too. For each brand you can switch entire blocks of logic on or off:

  • a simplified team form (country and city only, no region);
  • making a middle name and passport required or hidden;
  • the spotter role within a team;
  • the clubs section when submitting an entry;
  • alphabetical country sorting;
  • mandatory document upload when registering an athlete;
  • showing the team logo.

None of these require a developer — it's brand configuration, not a separate version of the product.

What this gives you

  • Participant trust. Registration looks like an official service of your federation, not a third-party tool.
  • Zero in-house development. You get a branded portal without a dev team and without years of maintenance.
  • Flexibility for your regulations. The platform adapts to the rules of your country and discipline, not the other way around.
  • One update for everyone. New scoreio features arrive in all brands at once — you never have to catch up.

Scenarios where this solves the problem

A multi-stage series across countries. You run four stages a year in different regions, each with its own regulation quirks. One brand, one portal — but roster rules and required fields are configured so that a participant from each country sees the form that's correct for them. The teams and athletes database is shared, and series-wide statistics are collected automatically.

A federation's first online intake. Previously: email, spreadsheets and messengers. Now the federation gets a portal under its own name in a matter of days — no development tender, no years of technical debt ahead. Participants trust the service because they see a familiar logo.

A partner organizer with its own brands. You run competitions under several marks — say, a separate brand for kids' events and another for the adult league. Each is a standalone portal with its own language, currency and rule set, yet administered from one place.

Frequently asked questions

Is this a separate version of the product just for us? No. White label is brand configuration on top of a single platform. That's why every scoreio update reaches you immediately — no separate branch, no catch-up releases.

Can we change form behavior, not just the logo? Yes. A brand controls both identity (name, logo, language, currency) and logic: simplified team form, required or hidden middle name and passport, the spotter role, the clubs section, mandatory document upload and other rules.

How many brands can run at once? The platform is multi-brand by design — the number of independent portals on one base is not architecturally limited.

Do we need developers? No. Launching and configuring a brand requires no programmer on your side.

How to start

Launching a branded portal comes down to agreeing on identity (name, logo, language, currency) and a set of rules for your regulations. scoreio then provisions your portal, and participants arrive under your name from day one. If you run a series of stages or several tournaments a year, they all live in one space with a single database of teams and participants.

White label is the foundation the rest of the platform builds on: full interface localization and flexible team-roster rules are both enabled through brand settings.
